House Committee
The House Committee made up of volunteers and a Board of Directors liaison.
The House Committee assigns members to work various events throughout the year. This keeps our costs down and allows new and returning members to connect and get to know each other.
The committee meets to assign volunteer roles to the membership for events such as Opening and Closing Parties, Ranch Breakfasts, Moms & Moppets, Darland Tournament and more.
Assignments are made after March 1st as that is the deadline to declare your membership renewal, your decision not to join or to take a demit.
If you do not want to work a Ranch Breakfast or Opening/Closing Party, there is a buy-out option:
Pay $75/person or $150/couple by March 1st.
You will be charged double if you do not show up for your shift
